Employees aren't making these bosses' workplace tasks easy — at least according to the bosses who told their wildest work stories.

In many industries, the difference between a boss and an employee can be just a few dollars more per hour. In exchange for a measly little raise, one gets to be a manager at a retail or food place. You get a tiny raise and a title change, and then you have a ton more responsibilities to handle. But also, if you're a manager you do have some perks, like sneaking off to hang out in a back office somewhere while the hardworking employees run things. Plus, you get to assign people to do the things you don't want to do, which seems like a nice upside.

The people in the thread below had some hilarious answers to the question, "Bosses of Reddit: What's the craziest thing you've seen an employee do?" Another challenging part of running an establishment is that you have the opportunity to work with all types of people. But as you probably know, a lot of people hate those in charge, and already have a vendetta against them. Others simply want to do as little work as humanly possible — like one employee mentioned in the thread below, who got caught hiding in the ceiling to get out of work.
